Question Worst Bodypart

OK, i know we all have our favourite exercises, and our favourite training days, and i think like a lot/some people i find it hard some days to stick to what i set out to do.I will be the first person to admit and say, that i dont really enjoy doing my legs as much as the rest, ie top half, i know this is quite typical and has been said and discussed many times before....sorry in advance, but truefully whats the bodypart/exercise that everyone else least enjoys doing????

I agree with the curls. I don't even bother isolating biceps anymore.

When I did do them, they were already so tired from all the compound stuff that I could barely lift anything anyway.

They're not bad (they are skull crushers)... I've failed on them before, all you have to do is do a situp...

I only do an exercise if I enjoy doing it. If I begin to dislike it, I substitute it with something even more fun.

I hate most all machine exercises I have ever tried excluding cable machines and a few select pieces of equipment that seemed to fit me pretty well. Even before I became a walking posterboy for freeweight exercises, I never ever liked using machines. I always thought they felt akward, especially the smith machine. I've used one twice. I tried to bench press with it, thought it sucked. Someone tried to get me to do it again in weight training class, tried it, and thought it sucked again.

Bentover rows are extremely hard for me but I push myself doing them, any tricep exercise I do I hate the most because my triceps are very weak, I hate doing dips and other exercises 4 them!

I can't stand: crunches (or any ab exercises for that matter), curls, calves, cardio (except running sprints and those hurt my knees because i run all f*cked up).

I don't like but can tolerate: tricep exercises, step ups, bench press.

Curls and any machine except leg presses and lat pulls which i feel are better and more beneficial than others.

Well i like em cause my legs grow really easily plus it is a power exercise(more weight i mean)=ego booster. I always see Arnold squatting when i do them( i don't like Arnold but for some reason this motivates me) and tom platz(the best looking pro, some might disagree that's cool). Plus i think I'm like a machinist(hope that is spelled right lol).
