There's lots of programs out there, the one i am doing at present is IRON MAN'S bulking program. It's a 3 day split. There is plenty to choose from on this board, just take the time to do some reading, and pick one that is right for you.

The principle, statement or idea? Americans don't live under true freedom.

The general application? Americans don't realize this.

Hopefully that's clear enough.

Again, the Nazis were a political party, and not all of them freely supported what Hitler did. If someone wants to display the image of a political party that still exists today, so be it. That person has every right to, no matter who disagrees with it. I don't see how it's so offensive - it's not as if he's showing a picture of Hitler being worshipped or something.

Where in England are you from that's changing?

Actually, the Nazi party was not founded by Adolf Hitler ( also known as Alois Schicklgrube ). In fact the Nazi party is a form of Socialism. Hitler simply chose the Nazi Socialist system for his goverment because of his beliefs. Now - if you take a look at the history of the swastika it in fact a religious and benine symbol. The Nazi's merely used it as their symbol because they thought they were doing what was right and good ( which is what the swastika has stood for, for thousands of years ). Who are you to judge what is wrong and right? You make your decisions based on morale beliefs and your concious beliefs - when infact we as humans ignore this quite often ( this is called maturity ). I completely agree that freedom of speech should be uncoditional - but I think that Hubert Humprey said it best..

"The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."

I don't think it should be unconditional. I'm glad there are certain limits (such as public endangerment, like yelling 'fire!' in a crowded room) and I'm glad I can say whatever I want within reason.

Best country in the world. Pfft. Such bullshit. You can't claim to enough about the other countries of the world to say such things.

It's true isn't it free speech is greatly restricted now days IE school, work, and TV to a certain extent. I live in England right now and must say i haven't been bugged by any black people most of the stealing and problems caused are by drug addicted pikeis( i think that's spelt right). I'm American BTW and coming back home in two months for good. But i must also say I've learned so much from Europeans they have changed me for the good i see the problems of America and i see her good also. While Americans usually are closed minded they are good people who honestly try and help others, most Europeans don't realize this and probably if they moved to America would like it better there. with the exception of our Politics and certain views IE drinking is bad, single mothers looked down upon, can drive real young, and our 5 mpg hummers lol.

Yes, I can. The only countries that come close are little, tiny, countries. Some with a smaller population that my current state, and these I have no wish to live in.

I seriously don't see why America is the best. So many people just blindly spout that bullshit, and many of them have never even travelled abroad.

I've done my share of travel (and have plans to do more). I've also done my share of research. I've covered everything from access to food to crime to access to education and more. For me, the most important is for the ability of an individual to change his station in life (a life's quest, actually) and no other country can touch the US in that regard.

Fair enough. I just get tired of hearing that from people who are ignorant on the subject, and I shouldn't have made assumptions. Not that I don't think there are plenty of redeeming qualities about this country, but blind jingoism is a dangerous thing.

Sadly, my idea of fun is pouring over statistics and facts.

The more I learn about the world, the worse it looks. For example, in Africa, there's a country were the life expectancy is around 32 years old. In parts of Asia and Middle East, killing a child just because it's female is still in practice. In Europe, unemployment can range over 15% and many believe the that the EU will destroy Europe. And the US is run by a man who's so stupid that at any moment he might swallow his own tongue.

Yeah, the state of the world can be disheartening sometimes.

LOL I've been to China and you literally see police and guards everywhere. People can't talk about certain things IE free speech Tiananmen square, freedom, anarchy, and you can't take picture of the guards(every 5 feet it seems). Another fact is it's fucking freezing in that country. 70% of the people are farmers living outside the cities. The one child per couple law only applies to city dwellers... It is only recently that people can drive around in cars or visit other countries. They don't know what lean chicken breast is and can't seem to serve food with the sauce on the side . The great wall of China is several walls and can be seen from space. I saw very few homeless people(maybe they take them away i don't know) They still can and will kill you if laws are broken IE having more than 1 child, stealing, and forgery. You guys want pictures?

I heard that the great wall can't be seen from outer space and it is just a myth. If it could be seen, then so could every major high way. Just a little thing I heard. Of course an actual picture could show whether it is true or false.
