My main goal right now is strength. I have been training like a powerlifter on and off for a little while and truly enjoy it. I do think that the three lifts contested in powerlifting are pretty good indicators of overall strength, but I don't put all my stock in these lifts. I also value other accessory lifts that I regularly perform like good mornings, rows, pullups, and overhead pressing. I like to cycle in front squats on occasion too.

I'm 155lbs right now, I would like to get 170 within the next 3-6 months.
I'm going to be doing a full body compou and focused routine for 3 months, then revert to a split routine.
I especially want to bring my legs up to the lvl of the rest of my body, as I used to always be the fit skinny skinny guy with strong rail legs, and I want treetrunks. I don't want to get MASSIVE, but a little more size would make me happy.
I've actually posted several pictures in the gallery. I appologize in advance about the shitty posing and shots. I've never posed before, or taken pics of myself heh. I just thought I'd post them to see if anything thinks I should be workin anything in particular. (i'll try and post a before pic if I can find one so you can see the progression) I also intend to work a LOT on flexibility. When I was seriously into martial arts and training for that (8 years) I was MUCH more flexible than I am now, and tweeked muscles a LOT less frequently.
