My first post, great site!
Right now I play basketball for about an hour 5 days a week. I also work out later in the afternoons, 5 days a week, roughly for 45 minutes to 1 hour, working different parts of the body every day. Never the same body part in the same week. Anyways, my goal is to get ripped w/ a little stockyness on my build. I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder, just looking to look fit and in shape. I'm 5'8 194 and eat fairly healthy.

there are more effecient ways to train then body part splits. Especially when you are playing as much baseketball as you do. You need to be more effecient with your gym time.
