    Share some Knowledge

    I hope i'm not asking for much but... i was wondering if anyone can give me a good weight training routine. I'm fairly new to wieght training and desire to build muscle mass and lose some fat. I'm 6'5" and 320 pounds. I'm looking to take advantage of my size and accentuate it as much as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.
