where could you be going that they don't have a gym you could train at?
What would you do if you had no access to weights or a gym but you still wanted to continue training?
Let's say you were travelling for 3-4 weeks and all you could do was bodyweight movements what exercises would you choose???
Here is what I would do:
(45min - 1hour) (3-4 times a week) R.I. between 30- 120 seconds
With 1 low rep day (with the more difficult exercises eg. one legged squats hindu pushups or dive bombers, and handstand pushups.)
With one high rep day: (with the easier exercises eg. hindu squats, regular push ups.
With one medium rep day. (pullups)
.................................................. .................................................. ....
So each training day would look something like this.
1. Running on the spot/ Jump squats/ Turkish get ups (as a warm up) 10min.
2. Hindu squats 3-4 sets 100 reps or one legged squats 3-4 sets max reps
3. Push ups 3-4 sets (regular, hindu, diamond) cycled until I hit 300 or handstand pushups
4. V- ups / back neck bridge (cycled 3-4 sets)
5. Pull ups and chin ups on whatever I could find (fingertip on door frame etc.) (max reps, 3-4 sets)
where could you be going that they don't have a gym you could train at?

Not every place has a gym that is near.
You are going to miss Manhattan, now that you are going to be a country singer.
