Did you come up with this idea when you were high?

Could it be because you eat more during the winter?

Functional Lifting = Life
|
Quote:
1) Your body is more able to function when it's a little warm as opposed to a little cold (or 30° as it is in my basement); 2) People are generally happier in the summer because there's more daylight, it's the time to do all their favorite things, and winter sucks ass; 3) People usually have vacations, time off, and spend more time doing things they like in the summer, which means they're happier, and a happy mind means a happy body (that sounded dumb). |

HAH! I'd go with the opposite of that, but I work nights and live in the South where we have two non-consecutive weeks of winter, and have already had 100degree days.

I keep reading about that. But I wind up not sleeping much at all over the summer, by August I'm pretty nuts from accumulated sleep deprivation. Which led to me taking up lifting last fall, and buying a condo the fall before.
Where do you live that winter is most of the year? |

I don't really care what time of the year it is, as long as I have the time. Summer is probably when I'll be able to lift most and have a steady schedule and stuff, even though I don't like Summer all that much. I prefer Fall and sometimes Winter.

Well, I won't say my stats right now, because they're actually pretty pathetic. I used to workout years ago, but it was on and off anyway.
