It looked pretty good to me, except you didn't go deep enough in my opinion, heh. Also, you are squatting high bar. If you plan on competing in a PL competition then you should squat PL style.

I must note though, it is kind of hard to see what your torso is doing behind the spotter and plates...

You're right, though - it's merely an attempt to be KEFE. No one here could possibly match the strongest twelve-year-old on earth. You should be honored to be mentioned in the same sentence as KEFE.

Seriously though, everything looked pretty good from that angle. Couldn't tell whether there was slight rounding in the middle of the ascent or not, but you didn't seem to have any problem with the lift. Congrats on the PR, you pansy.

And you obviously didn't go deep enough. You can never go deep enough, really. I'm going to do a 500 ATG bottom squat one day. (That would be totally kick ass.)

    looked strong. very nice.

    *me being picky*

    a) could go deeper. Might have passed for parallel at a meet. Ass looked like it might have been a bit high. I would have given you parallel and chalked it up as a PR but some federations might red light ya for not breaking.

    b) stay tight. a little rounding in the thoracis coming through the ROM. But, it was a PR attempt and sometimes things go out the window.

    c) even though you are competing in powerlifting, I still don't like people to squat so wide because it puts a lot of pressure on the hips (unless you have squat briefs), especially at max loads. You can lower the bar on your back and sit back more and that will get you to parallel, and below and decrease your ROM. Trying to do a full olympic squat in a powerlifting meet may come back to bight you in the ass.

Looking strong though. defenitly strong legs. get a nice squat groove and you will be putting up more weight in no time!!

Get a hair cut you hippie.

    Just kidding.

I agree with Cow on going lower, while it's easier said than done I think it would be safer and I noticed you had a slight bounce as you rose up, I have a habit of doing it also but I don't think it's good. Just my opinion.
