    Weight Training In School

when the next school year starts( in about 4 months), im gonna be taking weightlifting in school as a gym class- anyways were only gonna have about 30 minutes to lift and only on school days-obviously, 30 minutes is definitly not enough time to do my current workout, anyone have any suggestions, i heard they have a pecdec, lat pull down, free weights, benches, leg press machines and other leg machines- do you think i should just do a couple of muscles a day or what??

    Thanx

There is no reason you can't do a push/ pull/ legs routine in a 30 min period. Stop being a wuss and shorten the Rest Interval

If I had 30mins I wouldn't be using any of it on isolation.

I mean, choose a few of those...I can't imagine doing all of them with any intensity. Put together a workout with three or four compound moves, you'll be able to finish your workout with appropriate set/rep schemes and RI's.

Mike456, if that is your real name, browse the stickies or stick to simple compound exercises. I've seen your other posts, and because of your age and weight, stick to a simple pul/push/leg split with plenty of cardio and a good diet.
I love it when a plan comes together.

You have to tailor all these suggestions to your own needs/physiology/time.

I looked at that sticky (notice that I looked at it, I didn't study it to figure out what's really going on)...there's no way he meant it the way you're reading it. That'd mean somebody would be doing back squats, front squats, conventionals and Romanians, plus some calf thing all in one day...it doesn't even begin to make sense the way you're reading it.

P-Funk, Cowpimp, same difference. None of that matters though if you aren't actually taking the time to read what they have to say....
