    Routine Critique...

    Workout A (Push) Workout C (Arms/Abs)
    BB or DB Chest Press 4X4-6 DB Kick Back 2x6-8

    Military Press 3x4-6 Preacher Curl 2x6-8

    DB Chest Fly 3x4-6 Tricep Ext. 2x6-8

    DB Side Lat 3x4-6 Hammer Curl 2x6-8

    Weighted Dips 3x6-8 AB Work

    Workout B (Pull) Workout D (Legs)
    Lat Pulldown 3x4-6 Squat 4x4-6

    Bent Over Row 3x4-6 SLDL 3x4-6

    One Arm DB Row 3x4-6 Leg Curl 2x6-8

    Rear Delt Fly 3x6-8 Reverse Leg Curl 2x6-8

    BB Shoulder Shrug 3x6-8 Hip Abductor/Hip Adductor (2x15 each)


    Take Every Third day off...

    So you train your biceps on push days? And you train legs and back in the same session is that right?
    Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

    Are those 4 different days of lifting? I'm not a big fan of an arm day, but really it looks pretty decent all in all.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
