Feeling a pain in the abs during chin-ups
I've noticed the past few weeks, I've been feeling a sharp pain in the right side of my abs whenever I go up on my pull-ups. Anybody experience something like this?
I have a feeling that its because my body is not staying totally straight during the pull-ups, just a natural tendancy not to, any tips on how I can?? |

This doesn't occur with any other exercise?

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I used to get these when I first started working out. Once I started working abs and my core developed I had no problems tho

Nope, doesn't happen with any other exercises, not even ab related workouts. The pain only happens when I'm pulling up, when I'm done with the chin-ups, I no longer experience any pain, only for that brief moment.

is the pain in the muscle or below it? It could be excessive strtech of the intercostal muscles between your ribs too.
