day3 (the olympic lifts can be trained at heavier weight on this day. So i will lower the volume. On the other two days, train them with lighter weight and work on technqiue and speed....about 70% intensity is good)

so on day 1&2 work w/light weight and work on technique and speed? and on the 3rd day use about 70% intensity? or 70% intensity on 1&2?

day1 and 2= 70% intensity of the olympic lifts.

day 3- work at around 85-90% intensity depending on how you feel that day and how your form is looking.

2) that is an awful training plan

3) WHAT THE FUCK DOES THE PLAN THAT YOU HAVE HAVE TO DO WITH THE TRAINING PLAN IN THIS THREAD? DID YOU EVEN READ THE THREAD?

4) read the stickies.
