So does anyone have any good exercises for the outer triceps beause the only part of my triceps that grows is the long head.
Can anyone help ![]() |

Sure, reverse-grip pressdowns are king!
Attach a cambered bar and hold with you palms up. Press (or pull) down same as you normally would. You can do these one handed as well. Also try reverse-grip close-grip benches. |

using the rope for pushdowns also seems to hit the outer head.

I had the same problem. but this helped it a lot.
I like to start out with one arm overhead extensions (most people finish with these). It really gets the blood in there. Then i proceed to teh reverse-grip pressdowns. |
