    Question Outer Triceps

    So does anyone have any good exercises for the outer triceps beause the only part of my triceps that grows is the long head.
    Can anyone help

    Sure, reverse-grip pressdowns are king!

    Attach a cambered bar and hold with you palms up. Press (or pull) down same as you normally would. You can do these one handed as well.

    Also try reverse-grip close-grip benches.

    using the rope for pushdowns also seems to hit the outer head.

    Thats how I like doing them to, my stength has gone way up using the reverse grip.

    I had the same problem. but this helped it a lot.

    I like to start out with one arm overhead extensions (most people finish with these). It really gets the blood in there. Then i proceed to teh reverse-grip pressdowns.
