Okay for the last year ive been saying to my self that i'd lose bodyfat. But being me all i did was work out and bulk which i find sort of in vain. Anways i actually wanna cut down on body fat for the summer, i think im around 25, or even 30%. Anyways i wanna cut down bodyfat, currently, im doing biking machine for about 20 mintues which burns about 200calories each session AFTER i work out for about 45 minutes to an hour, about three times a week will this suffice?

Lol Kenwood, but apparently your one step ahead of me. Yeah, i need to start making changes to my diet, except ive really never had one except for cutting back on food. Im 225 now, gotta update my sig lol, i wanna get around 20% body fat and lose some pounds.

Flip the workout. Change your weight training to first and then do your cardio.
Also, I highly reccommend sticking to the big moves like squats, rows, presses with 25-30 reps each. THis will get your heart pumping and have the great benes from resistance training.
