165x2
185x2
205x1
225x1
235x1
245x1
255x1!! ....i got 255!!....i used a wider grip than normally and i was hyped up on sweet tarts and had the music blaring in my ear and had my uncle spotting me and i layed on the bench, took a few deep breaths, waited for a good moment and pulled my shoulder blades together as tight as i could and took a deep breath and lifted it off and lowered it and Touched the chest and went back up!!
my next goal is 285 and thats by june 1st!...like i said b4 all the plates on the bar freaked me a lil(mentally) but i just ignored em and visualized it was only 150...goddamn this feels great!

Kenwood - start an Online Journal.

It'll be easier to chart your progress.

I love it when a plan comes together.

How tall are you?

Let me describe the perfect date: I take her out to a nice dinner. She looks amazing. Some guy tries to hit on her... now he wants to fight - so I grab him - I throw him into the jukebox! Then the other ninja’s got a knife, he comes at me, we grapple, I turn his knife on him. Blood on the dance floor. She’s scared now. I take her home. I’m holding her in my arms. I reach in for a kiss... I hear something in the leaves, I flip her around, she gets a poison arrow right in her back. She was in on it the whole time... but I knew...

Great for you man a 255 bench at 155 is very good in my opinion! Are you like into o-lifting or power lifting?

Nice job, man. You're way ahead of me. My bench is simply pathetic.

I was reading your journal, it looked like you only do reps in the 1-3 range did I read that right?

Thanks. I'm sure it's not as pathetic as it used to be. I really should test it before opening my mouth (or I suppose moving my fingers in this case). It's good to hear you're starting some olympic lifting. Power snatches are one of my favorite exercises in the world. Nothing says strength like a strong power snatch. It's amazing to move a decent amount of weight such a distance in one movement, especially since there is no second bending of the knees - just pure strength and power.

Right now I'm doing singles exclusively except for walking movements and car pulling. Pretty fun stuff. I've seen good progress with it so far. Hopefully it'll be a while before I need to switch it up again. I could follow a periodized program with more scientific thinking put into it, but I'm too busy to think about it right now, and I feel bad using others' without putting any of my own work into it (but I did save any good routines that have been suggested to me, and I thank those who have helped).
