Medial Rotation
Internal & External Rotation. Does anyone do these on the cables? I just started doing them 3 weeks ago and I love the way they make my front shoulders feel.

Yup, I do 'em. I focus on external rotations. I also have come to like shoulder dislocations a lot and throw them in during my warmups all the time.
