day 1 chest
day 2 back day 3 rest day 4 shoulders day 5 arms day 6 legs day 7 rest cardio 5 times per week i am 172 cms tall weight 79 kgs bf(20%) i wanna cut (2000 kcalorie intake) i just started with this program is it ok???? |

The split sucks, but expand on that routine by sharing your exercise selection, volume levels, intensity levels, and whatever other variables you have chosen to use.
