I do parallel and usually like when i did the 405 i went all the way down and back up.
bench-225
dead lift-375-400
incline press-175
leg press-400


this is some of my stats I am a fullback and a linebacker.
I run a 40 in 4.8
i run track and get the 100 meter dash in 11.5
what other stats do u want?

I don't have a leg day. I have a squat day and a deadlift day.

I've switched over to hack squats rather than traditional, I like them better. I don't use a machine though I still use the barbell.
