Yep, squats every leg work-out. Occasionally, If I really want to blast my thighs I will add leg press and leg extensions to my work-out. If you want to see some people's leg work-outs they are posted right below, here on the board.

...you're 17? and you're crying about squatting 300lbs? Have you posted your stats...I would love to see them. I think u have a very good squat compared to anyone at any age...300lbs is a good squat IMO.
How the hell did this get to the top!!!
