well thats a good question, I recently asked here and most people told me to do upper boddy as a whole and lower sepparatly. I am new to this and so far thats kind of what I have been doing, but last week I separated muscle groups I dont know im not to happy with that really. So i think im going to stick to upper body and lower. One more thing if I do the upper and lower should I allow it t rest for a day before going back to it or I just keep on going, the next day?

Thanks for the help

I wish I had that much time. 2 a days are great if your trying to lean out. The more calories burned the better. If you are weight training, be careful not to overtrain. With recovery comes hugeness!
