I say we give everyone a chance

say we give everyone a chance on this board. Lets load up the bench with 150 lbs and see how many people here can get it 50 times. Now lets all be gentleman and state the truth. I'll do it this Friday and report back whether I got it 50 times or how many times I got it. .

Now there is no resting the weight on your chest and taking a few breaths. You can hold the weight at full extension and take as many breaths you want and as long as needed.

    Anyone game?

Sounds too painful. How about reps with 405 instead.

Also for everyone I don't want to here that you got it 70 times or you oly got it 13 times. Only if you got it 50 times. It's a simple yes or no.

I'm sure I could do it, I just dont know that it would be safe honestly, plus I'd probably be sore for a week or two.

That would be counterproductive to my training. My guess is that I probably could get it at least 300 times, though.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I rep 135lbs 20 times every warm up session. Thats a pieces of cake with no muscle fatigue at all. I realize 50 @ 150 is a big difference. I'm not willing to screw up my progress to try it though.

Same here, I rep 135x20 in warmup and it feels like nothing 50 would be eazy but why and who cares.

Same glass? I am crazy, but not psycho! No way, do I put them in the same glass. In fact, I use one glass for orange juice, then throw it away, and use a fresh glass for the apple juice.
