I usually feel pretty good after a workout, but I do feel kind of tired sometimes. It just depends. If you find yourself feeling tired after your workouts ALL the time, then you should be weary of other overtraining symptoms.

Ur not supposed to do 4 to 6 reps. ur maximum number of reps should be 5 and no higher. Along with high intensity and low reps, also do high sets. All this is called GTG.

Alex, you just want to change your lifts every 3 weeks or so so you avoid overtraining the CNS.

Wonderfull. Another 15 year old telling people how many reps they should do. The sad thing is they probably did not gathered the info from a flex mag or something, but something thought up on his own.

I give up. I'm just going to start taking advice from the young idiots and see if I can fuck myself up worst.

Alex there's nothing wrong with what your doing. just follow what Mr. mudge said and change up every so often. The body is an amazing thing and can adapt to almost anything given time. So changes have to be made my friend
