Oh, and while we're talking about squats had 2 friends break school records today. At the 129-158 class my friend BJ broke the squat record ( at 16 ) raw, and never taken anything even supplements in his life with a lift of 425. Another guy who's scrawny broke the record in the 129 or below class with a squat of 325 - he's also our senior quarterback next year if that says anything. We run the triple option so we need a quarterback who's quick as hell ( which is why he's so small ). He also got a 10.98 on his agility run today.

Yup, yup.

Edit: 3 cone? No - no, 5 cone. I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing but it's a 5 cones with 4 in a square and 1 in the middle.

glutes to calves or parallel squat, my best is 320x1 but that was to the floor and a 2 second pause...

I've done zero, even though it was my suggestion to put this up in the first place. I guess that's what I get by doing ATG bottom squats. I could probably get it going contest depth, but that would be such a waste of time!

I have hit 315 for 1 off a box about 10.5" tall: this is well below parallel for me; I'm 6 feet tall. I think I might be able to bang out a double or more if I were to stop at contest depth and not pause on a box in the hole.
