Hell yeah it is. A great way to give your RMR a boost and improve conditioning levels. I have most of my clients who are looking to lose body fat perform circuits if their conditioning levels are sufficient. I often times have to ease them into it, but typically get them to performing at least 4 exercises in a row without rest.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
