    Is circuit training good for burning calories?

    circuit training is great for burning calories and incresing endurance the only drawback is that it requires some stamina to begin with and sacrifices strength training.

    Hell yeah it is. A great way to give your RMR a boost and improve conditioning levels. I have most of my clients who are looking to lose body fat perform circuits if their conditioning levels are sufficient. I often times have to ease them into it, but typically get them to performing at least 4 exercises in a row without rest.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
