    Help with Gaining Mass

I read the tips by Robert Diamiggio on how to gain mass. But I need specific workouts. If someone could design a 5-6 day a week routine for me that would be great. Thanks you.

    eat eat eat for mass!

I don't think anyone is going to design you a routine but use the information from the stickies to make one and then post it for critiques.

5-6 days a week is too much unless two of those days are nothing but cardio, or conditioning/mobility work... a 3-4 day split is more ideal for weight training. Other than that, what fufu said.

Read this thread on putting together a full body workout.

Read this thread on designing a diet conducive to gaining muscle mass.

After you read through those, put togther your training routine and post it here. We will critique it. Then do the same with your meal plan in the diet & nutrition section.
