    Anyone follow Scott Mendelsons bench press routine?

    For those of you who dont know scot mendelon is the world record holder for bench press at 1,008 lbs!!! And in muscle and fitness magazine he put his routine in it. has anyone ever tried it???

    i guess this is a bench power lifter not a body builder ofcourse his workout is just for strengh won't do any good for bodybuilders i guess

    Post it. I've never read it, but I have a feeling it's more volume/intensity than the average person can handle. This guy is most definitely on the sauce.

    He also owns the world record for the raw bench press, which he is going to attempt to beat by 75 pounds soon I hear.
