    Best Training program for mass?

    Well what do you guys think.. I like anything that has to do with supersetting. what are yours ?

    Most anything seems to work for me as long as I eat enough food.

    Deads and squats are the best. Basically just do big compound exercises in GTG (1-5 reps, high intesity, high sets) or anything else u wanna do in GTG, eat alot of healthy calories, and get alot of sleep at night.
