I really want to start gaining muscle mass but do not want to bring on more body fat. I already have a very solid diet set up of good carbs like oatmeal and leatuce and foods high in protien and take a lot of whey. I have lost 40 lbs over the last few months on a cut and was not able to weight lift for the past few months due to a shoulder injury. I was wondering if taking creatine would be a good idea "Specifically Cell Tech". My basic plan was to start lifting hard 6 days a week and take cell tech and increase the calories of my diet slowly. I am also planing on doing cardio 3 days a week to burn off any bad fat that might come in. I was wondering what everyone thought of this plan since I am fairly new to this and just getting done with my first fairly sucsuesfull cut.

Also, it sounds like your diet is on the right track, but I bet there's room for improvement. Check out this thread. Setting up your diet appropriately is going to do a Hell of a lot more to insure that what you gain is mostly muscle than cardio will. However, I must say that I condone cardio year round for health reasons, regardless of body composition goals.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
