What kind of improvement are you expecting to see in one day?
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

The problem is probably more attributable to bad posture than to the way you sleep (athough training itself may be another issue here).

Peep this site for information on postural problems and solutions.

Edit: Does he mean traps rather than delts? Question / feedback from the thread starter is not clear at all. Question should be restated, to remove the guesswork. Thats what MyK astutely pointed out at the getgo.

You're just experiencing a pump. It's an ethereal effect that goes away shortly after your workout is over.

I always felt that the pump is a peek into the future. Get what I am saying?
In other words after a workout I look in the mirror and see the pump and if I eat correctly that's what I would look like that a month or two from now.

    Does that make sense?

I guess, but the future isn't the next day. Heh.

Why do you capitalize most every word you type? It is hard to read like that.
