Arrow Need new routine - want to cut !!

Right now my routine is like

M - chest, tris, abs, cardio
    Tu - legs
W - shoulders, back, abs, cardio
    Th - arms
    F, Sat, Sun - off

I would like to rework my routine so that I at least have off sat and sun from weight training, maybe just do cardio on one of those days

    Thanks
I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

I would probably move shoulders to your arm day, but whatever. That split would probably work just fine. Just make sure you understand that the posterior head of the delts are just as important as the anterior head.
