I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

Aye, try to be restin between yer werkouts more, ARrrrrr.
i say no abs in those rest days cuz they will be sore all week then..
just do light cardio and do abs with legs IMO ,but do it hard adn intense 2 exercises 3 sets.

I would probably move shoulders to your arm day, but whatever. That split would probably work just fine. Just make sure you understand that the posterior head of the delts are just as important as the anterior head.Originally Posted by MCPaulyB
