    Push/Pull/Leg/Arms?

Not necessarily JUST arms, but an accessory day. Myabe 2-3 exercises for both triceps and biceps. But also grip strength, forearms, core, cardio, or anything else thats lacking.

This would also call for arm workouts to be taken out of the push and pull days.

Reasoning behind this, is for "peace of mind" and i tested my arm strength out after my compounds on push and pull days.

On push days, I tried doing real heavy tricep work to see if I still had the strength. I did. I did the same for pull days and tested the biceps. They went down real fucking bad.

Anyway, the accessory days would incorporate 2-3 sets as already stated and some intensity, but not real high since this will be the 2nd time of the week theyve worked.

    Seems reasonable enough to me.
