Swimming is a great exercise to burn calories and such, but tightening ur skin? I really dont think theres much you can do, if u ever hear the stories about incredibly fat people who lose a immense amount of weight they had literlly feet of excess skin, and they have to cut it off through surgery. Maybe you could just bulk to fill the excess skin :/ iono.

You can't get rid of the skin unless you go under the knifeI believe.

Yeah, as far as I know the excess skin can only be removed by surgery. However, it sometimes tightens up a bit over time.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

give it time. you're young right? the natural elasticity in your skin will bring it back slightly with time but given the amount of weight you lost, it may not bouce back as much as you would like.

as an aside, swimming is great for overall CV endurance.

Swimming will not help your skin...

Being in a pool constantly may even dry out yuor skin or something...

Hitting the weights will fill you out the way you want
