To me it looks like your are overtraining your chest, thats a TON of exercises and a ton of sets, also your shoulders are worked during your chest day, and then your working another part of your shoulder the following day? It seems that you will be working your small musculature more frequently than your large in this routine, which doesn't seem ideal.

i don't think this is over training for chest i feel good with that maybe i'll drop one or 2 sets but do u mean it's important to do the shoulders in the chest day???and if i didn't do it in chest day will just seated military and side raises will be enough for optimum shoulders training?

Don't listen to people who tell you your routine is stupid...Try it out and see how it works for you and you can adjust a little or completely switch it up, depending on what you think.

Your shoulders have a head on the rear of your body. You might consider using those as well.

if anything your shoulders are being overtrained
they're gettin worked 3 times a week, try to cut it down to 2 by puttin the front and side shoulders with the chest and do rear shoulders with the back, and cut out all those chest exercises- 14 sets of chest is way too much
this is more than enough for chest:
    Flat Bench 3 sets
    Incline bench 3 sets
    DB Flyes 2 sets
check out the routine i posted titled "i finally read the training stickies!"- i think it is a great workout just add in some calf raises if u do them, and instead of cable tricep dips do weighted tricep dips
