    why push pull legs?

    isnt push legs pull more effective than push pull legs??

    u give ur upperbody more rest and u dont wana use ur arms when ur arms are already sore from push day..
    what u guyus think?

    yea push legs pull is better u dont have to do it in that order just because that is what it is called

    push pull legs doesn't mean this order u could even make it pull legs push it just means that u've got a push day with doing all pushing muscles on that day and a pull day with all pull muscles and a legs day...try to make the volume on the push day = volume on pull day (try to put a pulling movement for every push movement)
