First off, don't say "diet harder than these stupid meat heads" when you asking bodybuilders for help.

It may be that you're eating too little. If you do this your body will freak out thinking that you're staving and start to convert all that is can to fat.

    Can you post your diet?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Indeed, heh. Although I understand your frustration.

This is possible. However, at the same time you may just need to reduce calories by a couple hundred. As you have lost weight your metabolism has slowed down somewhat.

Another thing you might try is a period of increased caloric intake followed by another decrease. This will jumpstart your metabolism so that when you come back down you will be in a caloric deficit.

    post your diet.

    are you lifting?

i find it hard to believe that you hit a plateau doing HIIT. the purpose of sprints is to prevent this. 45 min of SS every morning is overkill IMO and in order to continue to make progress in this manner, you're going to have to continue to increase the duration of the SS...that would suck. i'd limit it to 2-3 days worth of SS on various machines and HIIT twice a week along with making any necessary alterations to your diet (obviously assuming something is off without seeing what you're eating).

were you doing HIIT correctly before? *not sarcasm*

a 2-3 day refeed may help.
