wow good progress in the before and after pics.
You sure those are 16 though? Look more about 15, not trying to bash you, just saying, judging from my own arm size.

I noticed the same thing. Last time I checked my arms were 16, but if Kenwoods are 16 maybe I measured wrong. I would be very happy if it was more like 17. Uh, who the hell cares anyway.

    Good Shit Son,
If I were to crit anything is the back, that's how my back looked like some 6 or 7 months ago, just make sure you hit the back good enough and you'll look much better overall Son.

Kenwood, the main problem I can see is the fact that you need to drop that bodyfat% down. Keep lifting heavy, but try and cut down those cal's and throw in some cardio. I would probably guess the % you are at now is somewhere in the hight teens to low 20's.

It's funny i'm telling you this, because I need to do the opposite. I need to start eating more cal's.

Kenwood, I'm not gonna be mean to you or nothing, but judging by those pics there's no fuckin way in hell you bench 285. There's no way in fuckin hell you be adding 30lbs to your max every week. Go ahead though, lie on... It's really cool to impress people online that you don't even fucking know.! Son.

Next week I expect nothing less then a 2X BW bench press. Seems like that would be no problem at the rate you're going.

I don't believe the stats. You don't look 15 at all ( and if you are you don't do that much ). If you were say 225+ I'd believe it.
