    how to do dips

    what's the best performance for the dips to fully target the chest and not make all the load on the triceps only...........and what if the dips bars in the gym are so narrow .. no wide bars to do dips.....

    In all seriousness, if you figure out how to really target chest with a dip let me know. The way my body is built, I never can seem to get much chest isolation from dips.

    me too but it seems that i am using narrow bars for dowing them....any body have any ideas??
