    cable crossovers

    are they any good to do? bring any results to the chest?

    I do 5 sets of them 3x a week, they have really shaped my chest and given me some good cuts.

    Actually, apart from my free weight, cable cross machine is the second favourite.

    You can do Cable Flyes with it for sure. But the important thing is to get some advice from your trainer, and see if you like it or not!

    I like them but don't use them as a 1st exercise, mainly as something to help finish off the chest.

    one of my gym peeves - skinny kids taking up all the cable cages doing endless sets of cable flys from multiple angles. hey, dudes, go put some meat on that bad dog first.
