    Is this a good workout

Ok, so I am roughly 6 feet tall, wiegh in at about 160, and run cross country and track for my division 3 college. i have lifted on regular basis, altho not properly, cause i lift the same muscle group 2 times a week. I want to start a good summer workout for my body to get in a more muscly tone body, along with increasing my wieght about 10 to 15 pounds. I have come across a lifting routine that i can implement in my own home and was wondering if it would be pretty good. I also was curious if i did boxing type workouts for my aerobic and anaeobic if it would be defremental to my weight training, i want to use a heavy bag and a head bag for the boxing part.
    The workout goes as followed:
    Monday: Chest
    3 sets of 25 pushups
Bench: 3 sets of 8 with starting at 60% of max and going up by 5% each
    set
    Incline Press: same as bench
Decline Press: with dumbell's of weight to figure out after trying routine
    Teusday:Back
3 sets of 5 pull ups
3 sets of 8 seated rows with wieght forthcoming afte i try
3 sets of 8 at pull downs with wieght forthcoming afte i try
3 sets of 8 t bar rows with wieght forthcoming afte i try
    Wednesday - Shoulders
3 sets of 8 dumbell military press weight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 laterals weight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 front raises with weight for coming
    Thursday - Biceps & Triceps
3 sets of 8 concentration curls weight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 bar curls wight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 skullcrushers weight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 push downs weight forthcoming
    Friday: Legs
3 sets of 8 squats with weight forthcoming
3 sets of 8 lunges with wieght forthcoming
3 sets of 8 stepups with dumbell weight
Saturday and Sunday rest from lifting

All of this will be also done with an intense running schedule givin to me by my college cross country coach, ab workout at least twice a week, and a boxing routine i have yet to figure, if u guys think that will be good for me. As of right now my Bench Max is around 180ish. Everything else I need to see what I can do and what I can't, like i said before my wieght training has been pretty poor. Thanks a lot for any comments, and also thanks for not reading into my spelling to much, i cant spell worth a darn. Any comments are highly appreciated, and thanks again.
