    At home workout...please help

Lately i've been trying to not drive so far due to gas prices. My gym is fairly far, and i can't stand not working out. What are so at home exersizes that i can do for the rest of this week and all next week? The only equipment i have is a ball, EZ curl bar and for weight plates i have 45's, 25's, 10's, 5's and 2.5's. Here are some that i came up with...

    Upper
    tricep dips
    standing military press

    Abs
    pushup walkouts
    lying leg lifts
    Bicycle crunches

    Lower
    lateral leg lifts
    lying ball squeeze
    pelvic raises
Let me describe the perfect date: I take her out to a nice dinner. She looks amazing. Some guy tries to hit on her... now he wants to fight - so I grab him - I throw him into the jukebox! Then the other ninja’s got a knife, he comes at me, we grapple, I turn his knife on him. Blood on the dance floor. She’s scared now. I take her home. I’m holding her in my arms. I reach in for a kiss... I hear something in the leaves, I flip her around, she gets a poison arrow right in her back. She was in on it the whole time... but I knew...

Depending on what youve been doing, it may be beneficial to take at least one week off and hit the gym hard when you get back to it, or perhaps get a week of cardio in.

I know i dont do very much cardio, thats what id probably go for in your situation. But you may already do enough.

I suppose you could do all bodyweight exercises aswell like the various types of push-ups, unweighted squats, ab work, or chin-ups if you have a bar at home?

Anything is better than nothing i guess!

Do some one legged squatting and one legged RDLs. You don't need much of a load to make those lower body exercises effective. I would also get some chinups and rows in there somehow if you can.

Its an EZ bar.... not a real barbell. IT weighs less so ur not gonna be able to do as much exercises. And he doesnt have an actual bench or a squat tower or anything like that.
