You probably just need to lose more body fat, whether you think you are lean enough or not. I do very little in the way of direct ab work; it really doesn't seem to make a whole lot of difference for me. I don't think most people see a huge difference as a result of ab work.

Not aesthetically anyway, since ive done resistance work on my abs i certainly feel a lot more in control and stable during big lifts, but youre right: they dont look any different.

It really is diet all the way for those things aint it?

so your telling is the diet and thats it. That dosent makes any sence I think you still need to work them out, like I said you can see my abs but they are not cut. I have like xtremelly low body fat.

My post was asking for execises and wich are best to get good abs, not about if im lean enought or not. I already know that you need the bf very low for them to show.

Just try some. There are about a million different ways to use your abs. I think heavy compound movements are plenty for most people. I generally just do situp variations and some rotational core work.

fet123, just do lot of diff shit, but keep the rep range from 6 to 15. I sometimes to easy 50 rep-100 rep crunches to shock them but not really. And also, keep your ab portion of your workout less than 10 mins IMO. Not much rest in between sets either.
