    training and endomorphs

i read an article saying that ppl with endomorph body types shall do high reps (12-15) and decrease rest periods .... this is to maintain their heart rate at the desired range to burn most fats......although i think this is crap (because the body burns much more calories after the workouts while building new muscles) i thought it would be a nice idea to post this thread

I think it is just about diet, a endomorph can't get away with eating crap like a mesomorph or ectomorph can.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

A year ago, i was a pure ectomorph weighing a measly 145 pounds.

Now, i am improved vastly and i am seeing gains/strength levels going up and i currently weigh 183 pounds. However, i am still not considered close to a mesomorph body type because i still have trouble gaining weight and it's really hard to fill out since i am tall as well. It will probably take another few years.

I'm a cross between an endo and mesomorph body type. I used to be like 205 and chunky. I started jogging, eating healthier, and doing some bodyweight exercises at home. I ended up getting down to about 160. Now I'm about 195 and a little leaner than I was at 160. I say that's good progress.

Ectomorph. If anybody has seen my incredibly early photo...ugh. Thankfully, a better diet and learning everything i can about training as time has gone on, its getting better.

Still only 155lbs though. Need to eat more.

Bigtime endo here. I look at a cupcake and I gain a pound. But that translates very well to the gym. I make crazy gains, some people have even asked me if I'm on gear.
