When you do deadlifts legs thats for hamstrings right? I am going to try them very carefully because I can't think of any other ham exercises with what I have. I just began deadlifts too and they are fun =D I'm really weak though I only did 216

It's not what you lift it's how you lift. 216 is a great start. Get your form down and the weight will come. To many people rush the weight and end up getting injured. Weight is an ego thing anyway. Sure we all want to improve but as P-funk says, compete with yourself don't worry what other people are lifting.

cool i make my deads on the leg day and i slightly bend my knees , i feel that every single part of my body is doing a job and a gr8 blood flow through my body after it..... i tried to do it legs straight but it wasn't so comfortable to me....
