    Running in morning

    I hear it is great to run in morning but i have not much time to do stuff. do you think an 8hours of sleep wake up run 30mins then right after that go hit the weights would be alright or should i slip the 2 up running morning weight training in afternoon and run again before bed? any idea's?

    If you really have to run and weight train in the same exercise bout, then it is a better idea to perform the running after your resistance training and to avoid higher intensity form of cardio. I much prefer to separate my cardio and resistance training so that they are performed on different days, or if they must be performed in the same day, to perform the sessions 6+ hours apart to allow for adequate recovery of the endocrine system.

    see its just because i got what we call summer PE pretty much what we do before football starts in they run alotta with some weight training aswell in im not to sure what they do in when they do it so kinda trying to see whats the right way to do it in before i go to that i would like to run as soon as i wake up
