    What is ur opinion on pullovers as an upperbody exercise for strength compared to bench pressing.

    good exercise....

    how do you figure it compares to bench press? Different exercise totally....different movement, different muscles, different everything.

    what kind of question is this?

    Yeah those two movements aren't alike at all.

    I don't know how you would go about comparing them.

    No im just saying like if i wrestled which exercise would be better for upperbody strength? they bpth work the chest so thats something they have in common. And i know wrestling is more about skill but im talking about the strength portion.

    pullovers are shoulder extension= lats....

    bench press is going to be better for a wrestlers upper body strength.
