P-Funk and C-Pimp have my upmost respect, but GoPro's articals on P/RR/S have helped me out so much. I bet he could help me refine it a bit.

Cool, it makes sense. You gotta love the fact that a hardcore gym in Broward is open 24 hours minus the weekends. I've been meaning to see a few of my friend's so maybe I'll run in to ya VERY soon. (they usually train there around the same time.

P-funk, minus his nonsensical rambling about throwing weights LOL just playing. Defitently P-Funk but they're all respectable.

I think they all just know too much for their own good and thus must be terminated by any means necessary. Who's in?

To train at the studio where I work it costs between $50-70 a session depending on how many you buy. They also give a discount if you train mid day.

You can find training sessions at some studios going for as low as $30-40 per hour and as high as $75-100 (or more). Independent trainers can vary quite a bit, with some of the best going at $150-300 an hour (and more).

Price depends on many factors, one of the biggest being the location.

However, I think the intent of this thread was to talk about online personal training.

I'm pretty sure the intent of this thread was to use passive aggressive tactics to bash IRON MAN, heh.
