do you supersets with different body parts, either upper/lower or antagonistic muscle groups (ie bench/row, pull up/shoulder press, leg press/deadlift)
How many SS's do you do for a bodypart? I'm finding that I can only do 2 SS's (4 sets total), and I'm spent on that BP. Seem normal? Thanks

I disagree. If you want to save time, yes, but if you want to use the SS to totally shock and " destroy " the muscle group, I feel you need to SS the same muscle group.Originally Posted by P-funk
I think 2 SS per muscle group is fine. Most people do too many sets anyway.
I havn't tried antagonistic sets. Just the same muscle so far.

i have a question what exactly are supersets. Ive heard it alot before but i never understood what they were and what they were good for.
dont do supersets using the same muscle unless your goal is muscular endurance

When I've done supersets in the past I only implemented a few sets on a body part, like when I did P-RR-S. Maybe your GPP just sucks?Originally Posted by Mike Tuvre, USA
