    please help me

    hey, whats the best way to bulk and keep the bodyfat down at the same time? how much running etc? also need to be better in the cardio vascular department. thanks, tom

    I think that the best ideal for that is pick one or the other. Either bulk or cut. Unless you are using some type of AS.

    Clean diet indeed. Check out the diet & nutrition section; read the stickies.

    Doing some cardio 2-3 times per week for 30 minutes or so is a perfectly reasonable proposition as well, just make sure you are consuming enough calories to counteract those utilized in the jogging.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
