Were those two years primarily "bodybuilding" workouts? You weren't into olympic lifting etc then were you?

sean- yes, it was BB'er type training....I mean, i wasn't doing any olympic lifting. I guess it was more powerlifter type training though. That was when I saw my biggest gains in thickness.

LP- the diet was high everything! I was eating 4000+ calories to put on size. That picture was fromthe middle of a contest diet (for the last BBing show I ever or will ever do).

Unfortunatly, I don't weigh that much anymore. In that photo I was 190lbs. Now, I am about 175lbs. I dieted down for a contest and then decided to diet down a little more to make weight for a lifting meet in a lower wieght class. I haven't really been eating to gain size though. I would have to figure out my diet and get back on track. After I get this move over and my busy month of july, I will come back in AUG with guns blazing and put on more weight (and up my training frequency from 3 days total body to 4 days total/semi total body workouts) and try and get back to my normal size. I am just to busy getting ready to move to put anything into buying a shit ton of food and cooking it up and eating all that, only to cease training for a week to move my stuff, etc.....

Also, not to knock P-funk's achievements, but it does make a difference when you are shorter. I weigh 195 right now at probably about 11% body fat (I was tested at 12% when I was a couple pounds heavier) and I don't look nearly as big as him because I'm like 7 inches taller than him.

Yeah, heh I was going to mention that as well... It's best not to compare your progress to others because there are so many different factors for each person.

yes it is true. A 5LB gain in BW on a 5'5" frame goes a long way.

That's my limitation. I'm sick of stuffing food into my puss. So I think 255 is about my max.

You better not slip a ruffy in my beer when I go up there. I have diarrhea anyway, so do so at your own risk.
